These Terms of Use set out the conditions under which we at xyzklub provide our platform—covering account registration, deposits and withdrawals, game play, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction limits. By accessing xyzklub, you agree to these terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
xyzklub accepts deposits through ten payment methods: six e-wallets (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and four bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits via e-wallet typically clear within minutes; bank virtual account transfers settle within one to four hours depending on the sending bank and time of day.
We at xyzklub do not charge deposit fees. All funds you transfer arrive in full into your account. Some e-wallets or banks may apply their own internal transaction fees, but xyzklub itself does not deduct any surcharge.
When you request a withdrawal from xyzklub, we process it to the payment method you originally deposited with. Withdrawals are processed within one business day during standard banking hours. Bank holidays (such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi) may extend processing times. We do not charge withdrawal fees; your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Unverified accounts on xyzklub may have lower deposit and withdrawal limits. To unlock higher limits, complete identity verification by submitting a valid ID and a selfie photograph. This process typically takes one to two business days.

We do not offer refunds or adjustments based on personal disputes about outcome or gameplay.

Account closure is final; we do not re-open closed accounts except in cases where we determine the closure was in error.
